I have been given full instructions and rules as well as all required safety gear (personal flotation device, whistle, fire extinguisher and/or bicycle helmet). I agree that I am responsible for following all such requirements and may at any time request additional instructions.

I understand that operating watercraf or a bicycle in a dangerous maner will result in the loss of rental time with no refund.

I understand that I am responsible for returning the watercraft/bicycle on time and agree to pay for an additional rental period for the watercraft/bicycle in the event the watercraft/bicycle is not retured on time.

FUEL SERVICE CHARGE Fuel is included in the price of the rental. If a watercraft reservation is for one hour of use, then the rental price includes one (1) hour worth of fel. Prior to the Renter's use, Libery Jet Ski Club will record the fuel level in the watercraf during its inspection. Upon Renter's returing of the watercraft, Libery Jet Ski Club will determine the returning fuel level. In the event Renter uses more fuel than estimated for the reservation, Libery Jet Ski Club shall charge the Renter a fuel service charge at the applicable rate per gallon disclosed to the Renter at the reservation location. Liberty Jet Ski Club calculates the fuel service charge by multiplying the rate per gallon of fuel ( disclosed to the Renter at the reservation location) by the number of gallons needed to refuel each watercraft to return to the original level at which the watercraf was rented (using the fctory installed gauge). Renter acknowledges that the service charge is not a retail sale of fuel.

WATERCRAFT TIPPING The flipping, or tipping over of the watercraft may cause expensive damage and loss of future rental time. Renter acknowledges that Liberty Jet Ski Club shall charge a TIPPING FEE of $150.00 USD, to any Renter's credit card who, either alone, or a member of the Renter's party, flips over, or tips over, a watercraft.

LATE RETURN If the Renter returns the watercraft to the designated docking area more than ten (10) minutes after the scheduled return time, Renter agrees to a late charge of $40.00 USD. FOR EVERY TEN (10) MINUTES BEYOND THE SCHEDULED RETURN TIME, RENTER SHALL PAY A LATE CHARGE AT THE RATE OF $40.00 USD PER TEN (10) MINUTES LATE.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY:

acknowledges that I assume full responsibility for any and all physical damage, excluding mechanical breakdown, to the rented watercraft and/or bicycle during my rental period. This responsibility is accepted regardless of fault in the event of an accident. I agree that if I fail to make restitution for actual damages, I will also be responsible for all additional expenses incurred by Liberty Jet Ski Club, LLC including but not limited to loss of revenue during down time, legal expenses, and collection fees.

In the event that damages are incurred, I further agree to prepay a minimum of $500 that will be applied to the cost ofrepairs. If the damages are less than $500.00, the balance will be refunded. If damages exceed $500.00, additional charges will be made upon completion of repairs. MAJOR PROBLEMS THAT CAN ARISE ARE FEW BUT COSTLY. THE VALUE OF THE WATERCRAFT CAN EXCEED $20,000.00 FOR FULL REPLACEMENT. REPAIRS CAN REACH INTO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
